My father works in London during the week and as you can imagine, is always spotting celebs. Last week he saw Laurence LLwellyn Bowen in his swishy attire, ordering drinks in a wine bar. A few weeks ago he was staying next door to Cherie Lunghi, before that he was opposite Ross Kemp (Grant Mitchell, Eastenders).

My daughter lives in Fulham and had morning coffee sitting next to the actor who plays David Horton in Vicar of Dibley, she passed Cherie Lunghie on the tube and passed and spoke to Jack Straw as she worked where he does Apparently he bumped into her and he ased if she was ok. She sees loads of people and is a bit of a people spotter. She also spotted Kate O'Mara in Cardiff! When we were holidaying on the Amalfi coast we passed Victoria Wood and her children, that was about 4 years ago and when the children were small saw the cast of HI-De-Hi in a Burger King near the Bristol Hippodrome! Can't remember any more but I'll give it a bit of thought

With BELONGING making a welcome return to BBC1 last Friday night, I remembered that last summer we spotted actor Steven Meo, who played the part of Owen, at Dan-yr-Ogof showcaves. My husband rather embarrassingly called out "Way-hay, Owen!" :-[and later stopped to talk to him. He told us he would not be appearing in Belonging again, but was working on the new series of the comedy High Hopes, where he plays the character, Dwayne Hoffman. Funny enough, the week before hubby had accosted 'Owen's on screen Dad - Will' (actor William Thomas) in Marks and Spencer!

Visiting London last weekend we saw the woman who was on Celebrity Big Brother - Cleo? She was a friend of the late Kenny Everett but I can't remember her surname.

Star spotting hubby has been at it again! I dont know how he notices I'm totally oblivious!Coming out of ASDA Caerphilly on Sunday, he saw Adam Jones, the Wales and Ospreys rugby player with all the curly hair! Then we saw Will from Belonging, for the second time in M&S!! And the following day he walked past James Dean Bradfield in Cardiff. (OKAY, I KNOW EVERYONE HAS BUMPED INTO/WENT TO SCHOOL/IS RELATED TO A MANIC, BUT THEY ARE STILL STARS!!)
Stuart Cable said "Allright?" to my sister as she walked past Oakdale Comp several months ago... Years ago, my cousin was pulled up on stage with IRON MAIDEN at a concert and played their drums! And another cousin kissed PAUL WELLER, who had garlic breath! Oh, and ANOTHER cousin's partner, caddied for MICHAEL DOUGLAS when they had one of those celebrity golf tornaments in Newport.
