For several years I've now lived in Ynysddu, initially in Pontgam Terrace - a great place to call home may I add. From there I would often walk or jog the sirhowy valley walk joining it at Wyllie, journey to the bridge at the car park the other end and then back again.
I now live in the High Street and have began to join the track at Ynys Hywel, only this morning decided to take a path before the small bridge that heads over to road up to the activity centre. This follows the river toward Cwmfelinfach and was a great surprise to my fiancee and I, it's great! Of course helped all the more by sunshine, but we found ourselves at the same bridge from the other direction and made our way home the way we know best.
It made a change and we'll definitely be heading in that direction again. Unfortunately it was slightly marred by several acts of destruction and grafitti but that's for another thread.
Enjoy!
